The price of a Malapanis guitar is $ 10,000. When placing your order for a guitar not yet finished, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required. At this time I will give you an estimated time of start and completion of your instrument.
At the time of completion full payment of guitar and shipping is required. I will contact you for payment and shipping details.
After receiving your guitar you will have one week to make sure that you are completely satisfied. Should you decide to return the instrument, a complete refund (minus the deposit and all shipping cost's) will be issued. However, after inspection, if there is any damage incurred while in your possession there will be a deduction commensurate with damage. If I have another guitar available and you want to try it, I'll be happy to send it under the same conditions.
A guitar ordered that is not main stream or traditional will be payed for in advance. depending on the particulars of the order, there may be no option for return.
Warranty: Malapanis warrants solely to the original purchaser of the musical instrument that the instrument purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year. This Limited Warranty does not apply (a) to wear or breakage of frets or strings, or other normal wear and tear of the instrument or its parts; (b) to asserted defects caused by accident by modification, misuse or abuse or improper maintenance of the instrument; (c) to asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments; (d) to asserted defects caused by accident or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity which cause harm to the instrument.
Malapanis shall review the description of the asserted defect, examine the instrument, and make service repairs and replacements as appropriate under this Limited Warranty. Upon completion of the service, the instrument shall be returned by Malapanis to the original purchaser, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser. In the event it is determined that the asserted defect is not covered by or is excluded from this Limited Warranty, the instrument shall be returned without repairs or replacement, shipping and insurance to be paid by the purchaser.
